45bdt Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Using the Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "45bdt" / "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at 45bdt.io and all associated mobile web applications.
• "Player" / "You" / "User" refers to any individual who registers an account on the 45bdt platform or accesses any part of the 45bdt website.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the 45bdt platform.
• "Balance" refers to the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins value, or other non-cash promotional credits awarded to a Player's Account.

By completing the 45bdt registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the 45bdt Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the 45bdt platform in its entirety, including the Sportsbook, Casino, promotional features, customer support interactions, and any mobile-optimised interfaces. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms.

3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one Account on the 45bdt platform. Registering or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. 45bdt uses device fingerprinting, IP address analysis, and payment method cross-referencing to identify duplicate accounts. Any duplicate Account found will be closed and its balance forfeited.

3.3 Accurate Information. You must provide truthful, current, and complete information when registering your Account. You are required to notify 45bdt promptly of any changes to your registered details. 45bdt reserves the right to close any Account where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

3.4 Restricted Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or use 45bdt: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) employees, contractors, and agents of 45bdt or any affiliated entity; (c) immediate family members of such employees or contractors where they reside in the same household; (d) individuals who have self-excluded from 45bdt or who have been excluded by 45bdt; (e) individuals who are aware that they have a gambling addiction or who have previously sought treatment for gambling-related harm.

4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person. 45bdt will never contact you to request your password through any channel. Any activity conducted through your Account using your correct credentials will be treated as having been authorised by you.

4.2 Unauthorised Access. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the 45bdt support team immediately at [email protected] or via WhatsApp. 45bdt will suspend your Account pending investigation. 45bdt accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the Player has failed to take reasonable steps to safeguard their credentials.

4.3 Account Currency. All 45bdt Accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No multi-currency functionality is available. All displayed amounts, deposit values, withdrawal amounts, bonus values, and bet stakes are expressed in BDT.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive. 45bdt reserves the right to deduct a monthly administrative fee from the balance of inactive Accounts after written notice has been issued to the registered email address or mobile number. The applicable fee schedule will be communicated in that notice.

4.5 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting the 45bdt support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used Supported Payment Method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and provided no bonus wagering obligations remain outstanding.

5.1 Deposit Methods. 45bdt accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may apply and will be displayed at the point of deposit. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via mobile wallet channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to your 45bdt Balance within 30 to 60 seconds. Deposits via bank transfer may take longer depending on the processing times of the issuing bank. 45bdt is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of identity verification. Once verified, withdrawal requests to mobile wallet channels are typically processed within 24 hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. 45bdt reserves the right to apply withdrawal limits and to request supporting documentation for larger withdrawal amounts.

5.4 Source of Funds. By making a deposit on 45bdt, you confirm that the funds are from a legitimate source and that you are the authorised owner of the payment method used. 45bdt complies with anti-money laundering best practices and may request source-of-funds documentation for large or unusual transactions.

5.5 Failed Transactions. If a deposit transaction fails or is reversed by your payment provider after funds have been credited to your Balance, 45bdt reserves the right to reverse any bets or casino wagers placed using those funds and to recover the corresponding amount from your Balance. Where your Balance is insufficient to cover the recovery, the shortfall may be recorded as a debt owed by you to 45bdt.

6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional offers made available on 45bdt are subject to individual promotion terms, which specify the applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds must be wagered the number of times stated in the applicable promotion terms before they can be withdrawn. Wagering contributions from different game categories may vary — for example, slots may contribute 100% of each stake toward the wagering requirement, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. The contribution rates for each game category will be stated in the promotion terms.

6.3 Bonus Abuse. 45bdt prohibits the use of any strategy, software, or coordinated approach designed to exploit bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play. This includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; using arbitrage betting strategies to reduce the risk of bonus wagering; and placing opposing bets with bonus funds. Accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance and any associated winnings voided.

6.4 Welcome Bonus Eligibility. Welcome bonuses are available to new 45bdt players making their first qualifying deposit. A qualifying deposit must be a minimum of ৳500. Welcome bonuses are not available to Players who have previously held a 45bdt Account under any identity or payment method.

6.5 Promotional Changes. 45bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a promotion and commenced wagering will not be affected by mid-promotion changes to the terms of that specific offer, unless the change is required to prevent fraud or comply with applicable regulations.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on the 45bdt Sportsbook are subject to acceptance by the platform. 45bdt reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed after an event has commenced, bets based on erroneous odds, and bets where the platform suspects foul play or match manipulation.

7.2 Odds and Markets. Odds displayed on the 45bdt Sportsbook are indicative and subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In-play odds update in real time and reflect current match conditions. 45bdt makes no guarantee that any particular market or odds will remain available at any given time.

7.3 Void Bets. Bets may be voided in circumstances including: abandonment or cancellation of the relevant event; technical errors in odds compilation; obvious pricing errors; or where the relevant sporting governing body declares the event void. In the event of a void bet, the stake will be returned to the Player's Balance.

7.4 Maximum Winnings. Maximum payout limits per bet and per event may apply. These limits will be displayed in the applicable sport or market section of the 45bdt Sportsbook. 45bdt reserves the right to reduce payout limits for specific markets at its discretion, particularly for high-value in-play accumulator bets.

8.1 Game Providers. Casino games available on 45bdt are supplied by third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The rules of each individual game are governed by the respective game provider's own rules, which are accessible from within each game interface.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a casino game session, 45bdt will use best efforts to reconstruct the game state from server-side records. Where reconstruction is not possible, affected game rounds will be voided and the applicable stakes returned to the Player's Balance.

8.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet sizes vary by game and are displayed within each game interface prior to placing a wager. Players are responsible for confirming applicable stake limits before commencing play.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct while using the 45bdt platform:

1. Registering more than one Account or assisting another person in circumventing the one-account-per-player rule.
2. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during verification, or in any support communication.
3. Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, interact with casino games, or exploit the platform in any way not sanctioned by 45bdt.
4. Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through such exploitation will be voided.
5. Engaging in any form of collusion, chip-dumping, or match-fixing in connection with bets placed on 45bdt.

7. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of the 45bdt platform.
8. Harassing, threatening, or abusing 45bdt staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
9. Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to mask your true location or identity.
10. Making chargebacks or payment reversals without first attempting to resolve the relevant dispute with 45bdt's support team.

Violation of any prohibition listed in this section may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all Account balances, and a permanent ban from the 45bdt platform. 45bdt reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to the relevant authorities.

12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 45bdt's total aggregate liability to you arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the 45bdt platform in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12.2 45bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses or damages of any kind, including but not limited to: loss of profits; loss of data; loss of goodwill; business interruption; or loss of anticipated savings, even if 45bdt has been advised of the possibility of such losses.

12.3 45bdt does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful code. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

12.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall operate to exclude or limit 45bdt's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13.1 45bdt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe; or at 45bdt's sole discretion in the interests of the platform's integrity or the safety of other players.

13.2 Upon termination of your Account by 45bdt for breach of these Terms & Conditions, any remaining Balance (including winnings) may be forfeited if the breach involved fraud, misrepresentation, prohibited conduct under Section 9, or abuse of bonuses under Section 6.

13.3 Where an Account is terminated for reasons other than breach — for example, as part of a platform restructuring — any real-money Balance will be returned to the Player via their most recently used Supported Payment Method within 14 business days.

Material amendments — those that affect Player rights in relation to deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, or responsible gaming tools — will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number held on the Account with a minimum of 7 days' advance notice.

Non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions, formatting updates, or corrections of typographical errors) may be made without prior notice. The date of the most recent amendment will always be displayed at the top of this page.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the 45bdt platform. The English language version of these Terms & Conditions is the governing text; in the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the English text shall prevail.

Any dispute between you and 45bdt that cannot be resolved through the support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. You agree to submit to this dispute resolution process before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladeshi law.
